Things to know & what to expect when ordering

Here at Willow and Fern, our pies are made FRESH to order! Once you have placed an order with us, please give us time to process & make the order! Please allow at least 2-3 days heads up prior to date expectancy for turn around time. We do but not often, keep pies frozen in case of emergency's but please check with us first as we like to keep our pies as fresh as possibly to preserve quality.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email response within 24hrs confirming date/time for pickup (unless delivery has been discussed). Once date/time has been confirmed with customer an invoice will be sent out with pickup & payment details. All payments must be received prior to or on pickup day.

We are very understanding that life gets busy & things can come up. If you are running late, early or have to reschedule a time for pickup, please understand that we will require notice prior to doing so. If an orders pickup date needs to be rescheduled past 2 days, the pies will be frozen to preserve freshness.

Our Pies are served in pretty boxes but if you’re  tight on fridge/freezer room or simply don’t need the fancy packaging, we are more then happy to serve in freezer bags if this option works best for you. Please let us know of this when you place your order.

Pies are labelled on the backside of the business card & baking instructions will ALWAYS be attached.

Delivery within Strathmore is a flat $3 rate. Delivery outside of Strathmore (once discussed) is 0.50 per/km each way.
